1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting the RemindHQ Discord bot snippet to your server or logging into our web dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

RemindHQ is a Discord bot designed to provide reliable, timezone-aware reminder scheduling. We offer both a Free tier and Premium tiers (Pro and Enterprise) with varying limits on active reminders and scheduling horizons.

3. Premium Subscriptions

Premium tiers are acquired via our integration with Buy Me a Coffee. Subscriptions grant access to higher limits and recurring reminders. You must manually activate your premium tier using the !activate <email> command. We reserve the right to downgrade servers to the Free tier if a subscription is cancelled or payment fails.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use RemindHQ for any unlawful purpose, to transmit any harassing or abusive content via reminder messages, or to attempt to abuse the API or bot functionality (e.g., spamming reminder creation to overload our servers and exhaust rate limits). We reserve the right to ban offending users or servers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

RemindHQ is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive for 100% reliability, we do not warrant that the service will be entirely uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from a missed or delayed reminder.
