1. Information We Collect

RemindHQ is designed to collect only the minimum amount of data necessary to function:

• Server and Channel IDs: To know where to send reminders.
• User IDs: To authenticate dashboard access and know who created a reminder.
• Message Content: Only the text you explicitly provide in the reminder command (e.g., "!remind 10m [This text]"). We do not read or store general chat messages.
• Email Addresses: If you upgrade to a Premium tier via Buy Me a Coffee, we store the email address provided during checkout to link your subscription to your Discord server.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to provide the RemindHQ service (scheduling and delivering reminders), to authenticate users on our web dashboard, and to manage premium subscriptions.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Reminder message content is permanently deleted from our database once the reminder has been delivered or explicitly cancelled. You may request the deletion of all your data (including Server Configs) by removing the bot from your server or contacting support.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Discord for authentication and message delivery, and Buy Me a Coffee for payment processing. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for information on how they handle your data.
